- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that my work speaks for itself.. I rarely get complaintes but when i do i try to rectify the situation completely.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to what they need done and then try to do it the way they want it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
U p to one year in college. Ive gotten most of my skills handed down to me from my father and grandfather. In some cases my mother and Grandmother as well.
