- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately standard pricing is hard to apply to homes. Your house is probably different than my house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with customers to listen to their needs and desires. Once I have an idea about what they hoping for, I give detailed plans on how we can achieve these needs and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business since 1989. I have never stopped learning. I have been employed on the most extensive and detailed jobs in our area. I have also remodeled early plaster homes. I have been employed by Michigan State University for plaster work extensively.
