- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While it isn't necessarily complicated, there are multiple parts to our pricing system. For most jobs, we simply use a Service Charge. Our basic service charge is $50. For more flexible job descriptions, we use our Hourly Charge. Our hourly fee is $55 per hour. Occasionally, we also institute a Mileage Charge. We charge a mileage fee of $0.50 per mile for any service that requires us to travel more than 20 miles, round trip. This surcharge is strictly to help pay for our fuel and expenses.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We frequently do what we refer to as "convenience jobs." These include things like meal or grocery deliver, laundry pickup and drop off, or the return or exchange of gifts to local retailers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what you're looking for! The more detailed your request is, the better we'll be able to fulfill it. We want our customers happy, and the best way to do that is to know how!
