- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In some cases yes but most cases some people have limited funds and the work needs to be done for them to be able to function so we work on our pricing and we are flexible. And even though our pricing is flexible, the quality of work isnt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see what the customers goals are in the project. After all it is their home. We want them to know that we care about their project and not their pocketbooks.

I started with my grandfather when I was young. when he died I took over his company
