I spent quite a bit of time researching options for home security. From do it yourself (Ring, Simplisafe etc) to hiring a professional. I had multiple quotes and ending up going with Mia's and I'm glad I did. Jordan and team were very professional and easy to work with. Since this is my first system, I had many questions and concerns and Jordan was always available. A few months after installation, I decided I wanted to add a few more cameras outside and I could not be happier with the result. Jordan had to come back out several times to get my trip zones set up exactly where I wanted them to be and I really appreciated this. Having never owned a home security system before now, I had no idea there might be some tweaking that needed to occur with the trip zones and Jordan never made me feel I was that "needy" customer when changing the trip zones. Jordan and crew (Jake and Jordan) have been professional, respectful and always available to answer questions. If you need a home security system, make sure you contact Mia's Home Security!

The owner will go out of his way (with his busy schedule) to make it work. Be realistic and he will get it done. Professional Recommendations and helpful tips are his specialty. Ask him anything! I have actually have him installed cameras at TWO locations within 2 weeks. Awesome job!
