- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have 3 Standad packages and can customize from their if needed. Basic Package is $99 Includes SmartHome Touchscreen control panel, Door / Window Sensors, Motion, Door Devil Anti-Kick System and Free Apps. Next is the Interactive Package for $279 that builds upon the last package but adds more home automation, and Finally the Ultimate Package from $399 that adds entire security PLUS Home Automation devices such as Locks, Lights, Garage Door Openers and SkyBell Cameras. We have bulk A La Carte pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to provide a FREE No Obligation Confidential Site Survey where we look for strengths and weaknesses within their existing property. We will customize a Security Plan that fits their needs and budget. Once Selected we schedule an Install Date and order equipment. Upon Successful installation we collect final amount due (usually half down and half when done). We follow up in 30, 60, 90, 90, 180, and 365 days to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions. We Warranty our products and services and provide a high level of customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree Background in Design Technology and Architectural Engineering, Spent 3 years in the Engineering Department for Single Family and Multi-Family Homes before moving on to become a Lineman with the Local Phone Company for the next 3 years, then moving on to more IT related fields, Security, Alarms, Access Controls, Video & Surveillance, Fire and more. I am GeoVision Certified for Video & Access Controls.
