- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. I will set my price and explain that price includes at the time of bid. Most of the time, my price will be fixed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer is very important to me. They will become returning customers for years to come after our experience together with working on and revolving the issues at hand. I will keep the customer informed of all my troubleshooting techniques and speak in terms they will understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended a Microsoft IT academy where I learned and demonstrated the skills needs to perform a wide range of computer and technology related issues. I hold 3 certifications and continue to expand my knowledge daily on my own.
