Valarie S. says, "Jay at Mold Squad was the only contractor who came to my home and diagnosed the real issue I was having. It started with water in my basement in my closet and in my garage and also under my wood floors and in some cracks. Four companies plus the insurance company person came to my home trying to tell me I had an Hydrostatic Pressure problem and wanted to charge 22,000 to 32,000 to get it fixed. which would not have even solved the problem. Do not trust these big companies for water issues. They are big because they are cheating people out of their money. Anyways, as soon as he walked in and looked at the areas I mentioned, he said, "You have a water leak." Which was bells to my ears because your home owner insurance will pay for that. They don't pay for the hydrostatic pressure unless you have that coverage, and I did not, and that is why these companies say you have that so they can get all your money. He told me I bet you 90% you have a water leak, and what did he find. A water leak. This company has integrity and compassion for their customers. They find the problem and fix it. If I have any more issues with my home and if it falls under their category, I will call them again.
