I had Ben from Levensons Concrete Co LLC come out to look at a problem with my garage passage door opening. He identified the issue right away; the lintel was failing and starting to push the brick out. No nonsense, no guessing, just a clear explanation of what was going on. He ended up opening four rows of brick, cleaning everything out, installing a coated steel lintel, adding weep holes, and rebuilding the opening so it’s straight and dry. The work is clean and solid, and the door fits the way it’s supposed to. If you want someone who actually understands old brick and does the job the right way, Ben’s your guy. Just honest, proper workmanship.
