- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $140. I require a $50 non-refundable down payment to reserve your wedding date on my calendar. If I am required to be present and aid with a rehearsal there is an additional fee of $40. If the ceremony is to take place outside of my usual six county service area in North East Indiana there is an additional travel expense fee of .30 cents per mile round trip for the day of the wedding and the rehearsal. I do not charge any fee to travel to your area to meet with you for an initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a time and location convenient for you both to meet with me and discuss the details of your ceremony and how you envision it. I do not provide pre-marriage counseling services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member in good standing of the American Humanist Association, who has satisfied the requirements of the Humanist Celebrant Endorsement Committee, endorsed as a Humanist Minister, having full rights and responsibilities of ordained clergy, and am authorized to attend to the pastoral and ceremonial needs of Humanists and all others seeking these services.
