- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the job I complete. I do not charge by form for tax returns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with new clients and review the job to be completed. Once all terms of the job are agreed upon, I collect the information needed to complete they job in a quick and timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in accounting and I am licensed to practice before the IRS
