Steven was very thorough and it’s clear that he takes pride in doing things right and not halfway. He asked about other concerns and helped me pick out the items needed for another project I’d been procrastinating about. Overall, a great experience and I plan on calling him for any future plumbing issues that might arise. Professionalism aside, Steven has a great personality, too; very personable, thoughtful, and kindhearted. Steven Bastidas is at the top of my list for plumbers. We had an outside drain by our pool, and he jetted, dug, jetted, and dug until he found the location where the water was settling. Under our deck! That didn't stop him; he took off the planks and trenched a pipe further out on our property. I don't think there's any plumbing job that he can't do. He loves the challenge and will find a way to correct the problem, even if he's never done it before. Thank you
