Steven arrived on time and went right to work on our drain clog. Provided a thorough explanation of how a clog develops over time - organic material, any type of oil, garbage disposal, etc. How do we prevent the buildup of organic material over time? He recommended maintaining our drain system with Green Gobbler. It works to break down organic material without harsh chemicals (Draino, etc). Very happy with the service and I recommend him.

Steven was very thorough and it’s clear that he takes pride in doing things right and not halfway. He asked about other concerns and helped me pick out the items needed for another project I’d been procrastinating about. Overall, a great experience and I plan on calling him for any future plumbing issues that might arise. Professionalism aside, Steven has a great personality, too; very personable, thoughtful, and kindhearted. He loves talking about family stuff, which I enjoy, so it was a pleasure just to converse. 10/10 experience.
