Steven was very thorough and it’s clear that he takes pride in doing things right and not halfway. He asked about other concerns and helped me pick out the items needed for another project I’d been procrastinating about. Overall, a great experience and I plan on calling him for any future plumbing issues that might arise. Professionalism aside, Steven has a great personality, too; very personable, thoughtful, and kindhearted.
