- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size and condition of your pavement. We provide free, no-obligation estimates and a clear written proposal before any work starts. No hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call or text message exchange to learn about your asphalt project. If necessary, we'll coordinate a time for a free on-site evaluation where we will gather various measurements and check the pavement condition. Shortly after, you’ll be emailed a proposal clearly breaking down the work we will perform along with our pricing and recommendations. Once approved, we schedule the work at a time convenient for you. After the job, we walk the site with you to make sure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served as a Project Manager and Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar construction projects and managing a platoon of 40+ Soldiers. When I started Ox Asphalt, I personally completed every job during the first year to ensure the work was done right. Now years later, we now have a skilled crew of laborers that deliver the same disciplined, high-quality results on every driveway and lot.
