FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first find out what exactly it is the homeowner wants or needs. Sometimes they are not sure exactly what they want and refer to me for that. I’ll schedule a time to come to their home and discuss options and take pictures as well as measurements. Then I’ll provide a detailed quote for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent years under master licensed tradesman and have had many years of on the job training and experience. Actual “school” is the building trades 2 year course at a vocational school.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was very fortunate to have grown up in a construction family. My grandfather was a builder on the south side of Indpls and my father as well as his four brothers followed in his footsteps each becoming a different tradesman. From the time I was a young boy I began to approximate hard work and doing it right the first time. Ceramic tile as well as electrical work is where it began and ignited from there!
