I was impressed with the company from the start to the finish of the flooring project. I had originally looked at the product I wanted to purchase at a retailer, and I thought Rodriguez Flooring only did the install. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they could also provide the materials. I was not looking forward to going to a retailer to order the flooring and making sure I ordered all of the things needed (quarter round, transition strips, etc) and then arranging delivery. I let Rodriquez supply the materials and that simplified the whole process. The person who did the measurements showed up precisely at the agreed upon time. He then scheduled the installation, working around my timeline. A few days later, the install crew showed up on time as promised. They immediately began the installation and worked diligently. Watching the way in which they quickly established the order in which the flooring would be laid from room-to-room demonstrated that they really knew what they were doing. They put down the vinyl plank in a large open area, down a hallway. and into a small bathroom and two bedrooms with no need for transition strips. They also put some carpet on my stairs. They did all of this in about seven hours. I contracted with this company based on many positive reviews. I could not be happier with them. The staff is professional, friendly, and do good work. Most importantly, I saved about $900 compared to my estimate when I first planned this project.
