We used to be with another company for their service and maintenance. We were weighing options for a new full unit and decided to reach out to Armor Air as our best friend and neighbor works for them. Erik Longenecker is not a necessarily a salesman or service tech for them, however his knowledge of the HVAC systems and how they should be running and ability to translate that to clients is unmatched. He shows he cares about the company deeply and is willing to learn outside his scope to provide a trust with the client right from the start of the process. They wanted to get a look and feel for the system first before ever talking options. Tyler Kirkham was the service tech that Erik recommended and put on our call. Tyler was phenomenal and highly knowledgeable in his field. I have never seen a company provide such thorough work in the inspection and service provided by Tyler. Detailed pictures were taken in order to better explain what was wrong with our system and missed all these years with our old service provider. Never once during the conversation of repair v. replace did we feel pressured, and Tyler made sure to explain everything completely unbiased towards one path or the next. A pleasure to have worked with. Scheduling and getting finances set up was a breeze. Armor Air truly respects their clients and do not see them just as another number and money for their company. They go out of their way and take the time to provide how they feel a client should be treated in a time of need and helping in a large financial decision. Thank you Erik Longenecker and Tyler Kirkham, and Armor Air. Your owner and company are very lucky to have you. 10/10 recommend by a landslide.

Contacted Armor Air late on a Monday with a non-emergency, and they were here early on Tuesday. Technician Tyler was amazing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very detailed when explaining the issue. Very polite, very informative, and his diagnosis was spot on. Received a call from Erik to check on our experience within minutes. Great follow up and customer service. Had a 2nd tech, Casey, come to do some further equipment specific testing and complete the repairs. Also very polite and informative. Not a single problem. Even though it was a more involved problem than I had hoped for, it was handled professionally with everything discussed up front. Will call again for any needs.

We had our yearly furnace check done on our personal home and our rental property house. Tyree was the rep from Armor Air who did the work. He texted me when he would be arriving and showed up at the given time. He was very nice and personable. He did a nice job at both homes. We had Armore Air install both furnaces and A/C units at both homes back in 2022 and they have always been great to work with. We would highly recommend them. Mike and Anna
