Working with Jose was a dream!! Our AC unit went on the fritz last night and started leaking, stopping and starting, and I was definitely panicked. Jose responded quickly to my quote and came out the next day (which was today) at a time convenient for my schedule. He was very thorough. After the AC unit was fixed he checked the vents to make sure the air coming out of the unit was cool and checked the unit twice to make sure there were no leaks or problems. Jose explained his work, what was wrong with the unit, and gently reminded us of the importance of changing the air filter (which we are pretty bad at :)). The price was reasonable, his work was efficient, and I am typing this review in a cool home! Jose saved my workout night! Jose is extremely polite and incredibly respectful and while I hope we don't have another problem soon; I now know who I can call. I will DEFINITELY refer him to my friends and neighbors who may be in need. Great service, wonderful person, job beyond well done!
