Rick seemed very experienced and knowledgeable about the system that is set up in the home we are trying to purchase. As a first time home buyer, it can be nerve-wracking to think that you could have your HVAC go out on you, but Rick came to give his advice, free of charge! Hired Rick and his team. He had communicated everything about the job and gave us an excellent estimate. They performed the job within days and the cost was as quoted. Couldn't be happier with the whole process as it was a tricky ordeal and Rick came through for us big time! The job was to replace the whole HVAC system including central air conditioning unit which had failed mid summer.

I called on a very hot day for A/C help. Rick came out and had me back up and running. He also explained how my furnace needed to be replaced and the A/C unit as well. I was not surprised because both of them were 20 years old. He explained things and why they should be replaced.
