Not only was Dustin very timely and professional, but the company was very reasonable on pricing and got my house cooled for my family. I had woke up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and when I went out to my AC it just hummed. Empire air heating and cooling is the best company around Indianapolis.. came out to trouble shoot my A/C.. I was told it was shot Dustin the owner show me on his device why it was shot and needed to replace it.. He got me a brand new unit inside and outside it didnt take him long to get it together and got my house ice cold .. i appreciate it Dustin I will recommend you to family friend
