Introduction: Hello Im Chef Taubah, I love food and love sharing my passion with others to bring full flavor to your event. I graduated from The Chefs Academy in 2012 with my Associates of Science in Culinary Arts. I specalize in French Classical Cusine but am skilled in American fine dining, American casual, and more. I have 5 years of experience working in the culinary feild and currently work in the heart of downtown Indy at the amazing restaurant Spoke and Steele. I have decided to step out with my dream of catering and am beginning my buisiness now. I am flexable with my prices and in most cases will adjust to your needs. I am honest and open and am very creative. I love to build flavors, and am also open to your ideas because this is your special event. So if you want to change it up or have an idea in mind I'm the woman for you. I cater to banquet or plated events and will also do vending. Along with catering special events, large or small, I have meal-planning options for your convenience and satisfaction. I am available for classes, private events and anything else you may need.
