I am also proud to announce that I conduct FREE SERVICES for disabled veterans and members of public safety. I also offer a discount to all members of the armed forces and public safety branches. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them solve a problem that they did not know how to approach. I also like to teach customers how to fix it themselves next time or put in place preventative measures so the risk of it happening again are lower. We have had a wonderful experience with Tech Tyler and our company website. We are a young company and needed some help creating and doing a few updates so Tyler was able to handle this with ease. He has also set up our company computer with many added features and programs that help us run our daily operation with ease.

Tyler redisgned our website... a lot of little things that needed to be fixed or changed things I would never know how to do ... he did everything we needed within the matter of a week ..he was very personal , enjoyed working with him and taught me a lot of things along the way... there isn't much I could complain about with our expiernce with Tech Tyler

I'm a small business just getting started up. I called Tech Tyler for a little help in getting my web page built and on line. With in no time he had an excellent page built for me and on line. He did such a good job I called him back to have him set up my Quick books. Again, my software was up and running in no time. Later I did something to my computer, which I have no idea, but I called Tyler and he was able to remote into my computer and fix my computer within a few minutes and take care of the problem. Tyler is very professional as well as knowledgeable in soft ware and hardware. I would highly recommend him for any job no matter how small or how big.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. My services can be as low as $35 for a remote session. Additional fees are added for specific services, request for travel or additional time required to complete the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 15 minute consultation session to discuss the problem or request of the customer. Large projects come with free consultation and quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work for Dell, Inc. as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst and fix a variety of PC issues within a hospital environment. I have done residential repair work since 2004. I am very passionate about PC hardware and troubleshooting and spend many hours of my free time reading articles and websites based on those topics.
