- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing system. My services can be as low as $35 for a remote session. Additional fees are added for specific services, request for travel or additional time required to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 15 minute consultation session to discuss the problem or request of the customer. Large projects come with free consultation and quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work for Dell, Inc. as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst and fix a variety of PC issues within a hospital environment. I have done residential repair work since 2004. I am very passionate about PC hardware and troubleshooting and spend many hours of my free time reading articles and websites based on those topics.
