Justin and his crew worked on building a stamped patio and stone edging for me. We really liked the quality of the work and the efforts they took to achieve that. While building patio, they came next day and grind the grouts, recolor the patches with the same color and wash it for multiple times. This was delight for us. After the patio is build, Justin fixed the yard and is going to put the grass back on free of cost. I think price he charged was competitive. We changed the design of the patio a lot and Justin was able to accommodate all that with his own suggestions. Communication was very easy with Justin and everything was over the text which was great for me. He also come with us to Home Depot to select the stones and firepit. He always informed me upfront when his crew will be working around the home. Although, I hardly interacted with other crew members, I didn't feel uncomfortable with them being on property and around the family. Also, Justin was always on site every time and didn't leave the work on others. As requested, they took care not to damage our neighbor's yard.

This was an incredible experience. We had never worked with Alexander Landscaping, but their presentation, prompt and courteous replies spoke to their professionalism. We went with A.L. and they did not disappoint! We had a basic idea of what we wanted to do (a hardscape project with a fire feature). They listened to everything we had to say and what we were thinking about. After assessing our input, they came back to us with plenty of suggestions...all GREAT ideas and took what we wanted to the next level. From products to design to execution, these guys are as good as we have ever seen.
One example: to keep costs down, we thought keeping the area for the pavers small would cut costs. They explained that adding the fire feature would require additional space. Not only did they draw in the additional space that was needed, they did so with a creative flair to dramatically improve the design and aesthetics of the entire patio.
The entire crew was a delight to work with, and frankly we are sorry to see the project come to an end. They have become great friends.
It's a family run business and that is always something special. We had some other things come up during the course of this project and they were able to take care of it for us--cleaning and staining our wood deck, pressure washing the driveway and seal coating it, etc.
They thought of every detail and executed the entire project to perfection.
They worked with a "sharp pencil" too. We had a limited budget for what we were hoping to do. They helped us shop around for deals and offered advice on ways to take advantage of cost-effective ways to complete the project.
One point: we came home one day only to find the stepping stones torn out of one area. We asked what had happened and we were told they didn't line up quite right to suit the crew so they pulled them out and made a minor adjustment to make it a perfectly straight line....and it was something so small we would have never noticed--but they did.

They showed up on time and went right to work demolishing our garage. It was done efficiently, safely and they hauled everything away and even swept the cement slab. We are definitely having them take care of other projects we need done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to meet on site to discuss the scope of the project. We will listen to the wants/needs of the customer and then give professional suggestions. Once the details are agreed upon, an estimate will be submitted via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
