- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is usually by email, text, or call. Then we schedule a appointment for free quote. Second point of contact is we go out and perform the quote and give the quote to client right then and there. Once quote has been approved by client and a appointment is set up for a start date. Then the third point of contact is through another email, text, or call thanking for their business and informing them that our project manager will be in touch with them soon. Fourth point of contact is our project manager introducing himself as such and verify all information that we have is correct and verifying start date. Fifth point of contact is showing up to project to do a walk around and verify information one last time to then start project.
