Sean remodeled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in a rental I wanted to put on the market. Everything turned out beautifully and really updated the home. The house sold at asking price in less than two weeks! I then had him convert an upstairs loft to a fourth bedroom in another rental and he finished a wasted attic space into an office or game room. He did great work, kept the job on schedule and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am thrilled to have found a contractor that takes care of all the details without having to do anything myself!

Sean was at my worksite before start time and wuickly began assessing what had to be done and retrieving his needed tools from his van (and his van was exceptionally clean and organized). He worked steadily until the project was completed, keeping me well informed as to progress and any issues encountered (such as additional materials needed). This was perhaps one of the best experiences that i've had on a; Thumbtack. Sean was incredibly profession and clearly was a skilled carpenter. He installed some closet trim, window sills, and even replaced some stairs (on the fly). I would highly recommend him.
