- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer different pricing options to help you get what you need. On top of the normal purchase, we also offer rent-to-own and regular rental pricing. We have financing options, as well as partners to help fund projects for those who qualify.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out a little about what you need or what problem you are trying to solve. We like to find out who's using the equipment, and for rentals how long they might be needed. For some projects, we can offer pricing over the phone, or we are happy to come out and do an evaluation with you. For straight stairlifts, ramps, and grab bars, we perform the work then collect payment. For other projects we normally collect a down payment, after work is complete we collect the remainder.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are factory certified and trained.
