Introduction: I simply care about people. If it's too late, just text me. Communication is a problem of many people - but it is not an issue with me. If you need me - just let me know and I'll get right back with you, at midnight if you wish! I do not enjoy three things: suits, formalities and making us "look important". Eugene and his staff were amazing very knowledgeable and friendly! They mad a super hard time in me and my husbands life easy. I plan on using him in the future for a different matter. He also gives his clients his personal number and he actually answers I called him on a weekend with a unrelated issue and he still was a great help

I took him up on the free consultation and he explained to me the difference between bankruptcies and what I would qualify for. Even though this is an embarrassing subject, he made me feel very comfortable and I left feeling confident the chapter 13 is my best option for my current financial situation. He explained exactly how the payments work and the total fees I would need to pay to him. Although I was unable to pay it all upfront, I did pay the retainer and plan to file with him within the next month. It's IMPORTANT to note that I have not yet filed and this review is solely from my free consultation, which did convince me to hire him as my lawyer.

The vast majority of immigration cases and agreed divorces are the flat fees. Contested divorces and family law matters (e.g. custody, juvenile paternity, etc.) are almost always on billable basis (billed in 0.1 hour increments)

We conduct a consultation, and once the client decides to hire our law firm, we will send out a contract, an intake, and a necessary questionnaire to get started. A list of requirement documents may also be provided, if applicable.
