- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I have prices posted, those are very accurate to the end price, but could be changed or added onto if the situation changes. However, I am very upfront about those situations and never will work and then blindside a customer with an unexpected bill later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to verify exactly what work needs completed so that everyone is on the same page. Then come to an agreeable price point. From there I just hope that we find a date that is suitable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Journeyman’s electrical license.
