- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Technicians are well paid and do not make money from commission sales. We will not sell you a service that is not needed, and we will only charge for our actual services rendered. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with financial peace of mind knowing they are not calling for an outlet to be fixed and end up paying for a panel change out. It happens to many people and we want no part of scare tactic sales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts OneLine we are going to evaluate their project or service need, try to give them an idea of what they are looking at if possible, and we will also try to guide our customer to most cost effective, practical, and future thinking solutions we can offer. We want to give you peace of mind and your first call in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a fully licensed company with a management team that brings over 60 years of combined field experience. Our professionals undergo continuous training, maintain deep knowledge of electrical codes, and stay fully aligned with the latest NEC standards to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
