Fast response to messages. However, I was concerned after cleaning an area that isn't high traffic, we don't wear our shoes on, and didn't ealk on while wet and got the following result :( I contacted Steve and these are the messages. I am disappointed in the overall result. 8 days ago Chantelle Bose I just wanted to respond that it has been less than a month since we've had our carpets cleaned. The stains showed back pretty quickly after drying (one on landing of stairs and at least one in the living room - not the red juice stain, and main walkway through living room. As well as a faint cat urine smell. We did not walk on the carpets while they were wet either as we left town that evening for the weekend. I decided to buy a portable rug doctor cleaner to attempt the cat urine smell and random spots. I was shocked at how the water looked after cleaning less than. 1/4 of the playroom. This is not a high traffic room, it's been less than a month since the cleaning, and we do not wear our shoes indoors. At least 3 rooms. We are sorry for the problem. You should give us response asap about the spots that appears after drying, because it never happens before. About the play room , We did clean 3 times already and you approved about the urine smell. You said it was gone.Thank you. 8 days ago Chantelle Bose Yes, while the carpet was still wet, the urine smell was not noticeable. However, once it dried, the smell did return. I do not recall that room being cleaned 3 times...I know that small area was an additional time but not the entire room. Also, the urine smell is not my main concern. It is the amount of dirty water that is coming out less than a month after being cleaned, without stains or traffic, and without shoes being worn on the area. I don't feel that is appropriately cleaned. 8 days ago Steve Kuntjoro Hi, Let us check our carpet machine first then We will let you know about everything. Usually it only take 1 or 2 pass to clean the carpet unless something happens or defective in our carpet machine. Thank you. One week later Steve Kuntjoro Hi, Cat urine has to be treated by removing the pad and sealing the floor. We tried our best to clean the carpet. It's nothing wrong with our machine. But we will give you free cleaning next time for 3 rooms.Thank you.

Ultimately decided to go with another vendor. Initial phone price was significantly less than price after inspection. Then another price change after telling him we had a better quote.

If our price higher than other companies that's normal and fine because We also deal with other company that specializes in that department and will help you with the better price. Steve was very friendly and nice. He was also very fast. He stated it should take approximately 2 hours for my carpet to dry when in fact it actually took until the next morning for the carpet to dry completely. I have a crawling baby and her clothes were wet at 7 pm (carpet was cleaned around 1 pm) I also have a large older dog who had his first old man accident and peed on one spot of the carpet next to the exterior door I usually let him out of. That spot was completely gone. Other than the spot being gone, yes my carpet was clean(er) but it didn't look recognizably different. All in all, I'm satisfied but I think if I need to do a small job like this, I'll make time to do it myself and take my time or spend the $250+ to make it look brand new again. I would certainly hire him again for small jobs though. I can't speak for a large job. I didn't have time to do it myself and I only had 3 rooms that needed done. Worth the extra money to not do it myself.

Thank you for the reviews. We are glad that you satisfied with the carpet conditions which bring it to the level of the brand new conditions. Regarding the time period of the carpet being dry is depending on the weather conditions inside the house. If you put heat around 75 degree and open all windows it should be dry less than 3 hours. But our detergent is bio surfactant so eventhough the carpet still a little wet it won't be resoiling and causes dirty spots on the carpet. So being wet for a little while it's not the issue at all. Our pricing system is not complicated. It's all depends on how dirty the carpet is and then total square feet. The price range from $.10 to $.25 per square foot. The maid department and house keeper will range from $16.00/hour till $25.00. The painting department will range from $.90 to $1.50 per square foot. The general contractor department will range from $35.00 / hour or per single project depending on the job requirements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maybe yes.. because this carpet cleaning industry always requires better technology and need some carpet machines replacement one day maybe.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are MK company love to save people's money..and also we are working together with churches so the money from this field mostly will be donated to churches.
