My name is Paula, I called Raemon's Restoration for some repairs I needed to the brick in my firebox. Mr. Batson was very polite and well mannered. He was very thorough in his communication with me on every little detail about the repairs I needed and how it would all take place. He was very detailed in explaining to me the functionality of my firebox and the flu system. He notified me when he was in route to my home and when he arrived. When he was done with the job he did a final walk through with me and I was extremely pleased with the job he did and the quality of the work. We will definitely be using Raemon's Restoration for any future repairs on our fireplace or chimney.
