- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically visit the home and provide initial consultation at no charge. Depending on the scale, we will bring a designer with us to help share new ideas and present actual layouts of the property. We don't require any contract or payment for these up front services and it helps clarify scope and full transparency during the quoting process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have significant references in commercial as well as residential remodels. We have experiences in a variety of trades from construction engineering through apartment maintenance.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The actual quoting and scope process will show how good a contractor really is. Pen and paper and nothing in writing is a recipe for disaster. We have a fully accessible customer portal for each customer so you have a thorough history with us.
