Our pricing is consistent with the professional level of quality, service and product offering available in this market. Our brand of Barbecue is unique to the Indianapolis area. Wha Da Cluck BBQ is an unmatched experience locally.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to ensure that all our prospective customers and clients expectations are fully met. We achieve this through patiently listening and understanding what our customer’s need. Then offering them the service (menu selection) that best suites their stated needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a senior level operations manager for 18 years. After the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic onset, like millions of other Americans, my career was disrupted. So, I had to reevaluate my career options. Initial, I settled on an Assistant General Manager level position with a top 100 retailer. I worked in that capacity for eight months when I realized my passions for operation management had changed. So, I thought long and hard about what I was truly passionate about. All throughout my career I was barbecuing on the weekends and various holidays. The reactions and subsequent encouragement from friends family and others help me to identify my true passion. So, with this long drawn out explanation to answer this seemly simple question. I don’t have a degree, or certificate from any culinary learning institution. What I have is years of experience and a lifetime of passion for good barbecue. Now you know the back story behind how I decided to create Wha Da Cluck BBQ!
