- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is subject to change due to unexpected or undisclosed circumstances. All clients receive 30% off their first service with SPS, note: if the requested services is an estimate the 30% off would be applied to that estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive a call or text thanking you for your interest and then we will request to set an appointment. All details will be made clear and understanding will be asked of the client. You will be onboarded into our CRM and have the option to opt-into future communications. You will receive a confirmation email 24 hours before the set appointment. Note: Any jobs above $500 or being managed by third-parties will require contract signing.
