- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sometimes charge a $20 firstime fee depending on the dirt. I supply cleaning supplies and a vacuum unless you prefer yours. Refrigerators and stoves are generally $15. I usually do front and back door windows. There is an upcharge if there are numerous windows. If you refer me a client I will take $20 off your clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That is up to the client. I can meet, go through your house, and give you an estimate beforehand. Some clients I meet day of. I stay close to the estimate unless it takes a lot longer than expected. Most clients text or call me with questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been trained through a couple of companies to know what to look for and how to tackle tough tasks.
