Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is very fair and I am less expensive than my competitors that are at my level. My company is small for a reason. I’ve had employee’s and have felt like a glorified babysitter in the past. I figured out a better way years ago! I can better control quality by doing it all myself. I only use top quality products and won’t touch materials I don’t believe in. This helps my process greatly. Top quality products are not always way more expensive. They are worth the price you pay for years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask plenty of questions and do a lot of listening and note taking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working for my grandpa at 15 as a plumbing apprentice. Then for my next 15 years, roofing, interior trim, cabinetry, exteriors, framing, tile setting, and all aspects of flooring. I wanted to not just know it all but be good at everything in my chosen field. About 20 years ago I wanted to learn how to design the spaces I was working on so, I started my own company and worked my way into full kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling.
