Updated review: the first time was great. They were communicative and did a great job. The second time was not the best experience as my lawn reflects in the pictures attached. I asked for the grass to be bagged. Instead it was mulched and left covering my actual mulch. There is no clean pattern, there are unpleasant tracks. The team told me my grass would be cut first thing yesterday and it wasn't until after 8pm that I was notified that they would be en route. I understand being a small business, but this is very disappointing. I hope they go back to providing the care that I know they are capable of delivering.
