Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC believes in upfront pricing. So, all of our pricing is standardized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC prides itself on providing global service with a hometown feel that is both easy & convenient. We recently invested in technology that automates the whole intake process while allowing you to still have access to one of our trained staff members via phone & email, if a problem arises. During the intake process, the client is sent a quote via email that they can accept. Once accepted, the system will automatically send them the remaining documents needed to finish the transaction, including the invoice which can be paid online!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Serenity Legal Solutions, LLC only works with current & former law enforcement officers in serving legal papers for our clients. We believe that law enforcement officers have the training and experience to be able to pick up on signs of deception and danger while responding appropriately. Our Notaries Public have all had at least two years of experience notarizing documents. A few of our Notaries Public are Certified Signing Agents that are background screened for your protection.
