- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
8%-10% mgmt fees from collected monthly rent $33 per hour maintenance $495 or half of rent for one time tenant placement fee $75 lease renewal
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will incur no cost until we place a tenant and begin collecting rent. Our contract gives our client(s) the ability to cancel service at anytime with a 30 day notice should they ever become unhappy with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is skilled in many areas of business that translate very well into effective property management. We have a licensed CPA on-staff with a solid background in real estate accounting. We have several licensed agents including a seasoned Principal Broker to ensure that your investments are in compliance with fire safety, fair housing laws and the like. Our in-house maintenance team are professionals and many are licensed and/or certified in areas such as HVAC, mold remediation, and floor covering just to name a few.
