Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We have two types of customers, client companies seeking great employees and candidates seeking great jobs. Working with a professional staffing service is a great way to leave the legwork to those who recruit and place talent for a living. Finding the right person for your company take time, connections and a keen knowledge of the laws around recruitment and hiring. Leave all of that stuff to us. We know where to find the best talent and where to find the best jobs, temporary or full time. You spend your time on your business, let us take care of the rest.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Sometimes customers and candidates come to us very late in the game. After they have exhausted all resources to find work or find talent on their own. Recruiting and hiring is not easy work so it is most cost effective to reach out to the pros early on and trust them to make the match for you. This will save you time and money in the long run every single time.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. This business is all about the recruiters who are on the ground, doing the work. Be sure to ask a lot of questions about the tenure and experience of the recruiters you will rely on to get the job done. Make sure the company has a good track record, ask for testimonials and check them out with the local BBB. Ask tough questions and listen closely for great answers. If you don't get them, don't work with them.
