Giving was great she was on time. Very knowledgeable very kind and exactly what I needed we collaborated very well together. She took her time to help me see exactly what I needed for the resume and understood my every need. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find a phone call helps to clarify expectations. I often send drafts before completing the work so the client has time review and request changes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA and HR certification (SHRM-SCP). 20 years experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this work 20 years ago in college part time.
