The basement sump pump cover had unexpected complications (out of his control). Instead of rushing the job or cutting corners, he went to a hardware store to get the necessary parts to do the job right.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a new customer I like to schedule a free onsite estimate. If the customer likes my prices I then draw up a contract for us both to sign. For larger projects (above $500) I do ask for a 50% deposit. 100% Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed
