- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no one particular price. Most of our project pricing is 'project based' the average hourly rate is $85, but is negotiable from project to project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out where they are in their business, inquiry on project needs they are looking at implement, but also look at the rest of their business marketing and find out if there could be other components that they would like to complete relevant to improving their overall marketing mix.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of Science degree from the University of Indianapolis, and Majored in Marketing. Additionally working and collaborating with a number of professionals helps the company and myself grow daily, but I subscribe to various trade rags, and read about trends consistently to further education.
