FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a nurse working in the operating room when I volunteered to assist a friend doing an installation at our hospital. After a month of working nights and weekends with his company I was hooked. I love this work and the people I get to meet.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of work are office installations. Voice and data cabling. This is mixed in with large distribution centers and manufacturing plants. The largest project I was involved in was the Tyson World Headquarters which involved over 1 million feet of data cable.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did a complete remodel of the Tractor Supply Distribution Center in Pendleton, IN. 11 new data cabinets, 3 new data racks, all new switches, battery back up units, fiber and copper cabling throughout the plant.
