- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are all inclusive and pricing is competitive to other professionals. We don't charge for setup and tear down, or extra for dance lighting. We feel that you get what you pay for, and we let our attention to detail and our dedication justify our quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to help them in all parts of their planning and even if they choose someone else, I'm still available for questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of formal music training and I still perform on special occasions. I have a solution oriented customer service background that allows me to assist my clients in finding what they really want.
