Founded in faith to serve a greater purpose, Cornerstone Plumbing provides top-notch plumbing services with a model that reflects that same faith. We strive to perform work in a manner that we would like work done in our own homes or business, to be done the right way with attention to local code, detail, function, and appearance. Our experienced team of plumbers is dedicated to providing the highest quality service and kindness to every customer. However for top-notch work, we offer a much lower price than many competitors, and our profit directly supports mission work through our church and ministry network. Hiring Cornerstone for your plumbing needs therefore impacts lives across the state of Indiana, other states, and even other countries, bringing the love and truth of Christ to all.

I had old plumbing lines in my home, both water and drain, failing and leaking at multiple locations. I wanted all new, and Cornerstone Plumbing, Sewer, and Septic accommodated that. They came out the next day after I called them and looked at my plumbing system and gave me a comprehensive estimate with everything explained well, and a price much lower than I expected. I gave approval and they began work that same day, working systematically and doing it in a way that I didn't lose use of my plumbing except one night out of a three day project. The guys were so professional and super nice, the plumber and his apprentice seemed to work great together. The new plumbing looked and worked great, and I will be calling them again for a new tankless water heater install.

I had a traditional water heater go out and start leaking. I reached out to Cornerstone Plumbing due to their public faith affiliation. In a world increasingly obsessed with greed over profit, and people losing sight of Christ, I was impressed a company would advertise that. They exceeded all expectations, were super kind and communicative, and efficient workers. Very professional and knowledgeable. They upgraded my home to a tankless water heater (Navien) for an amazing deal. The work done looks very very good, they're no simple handyman and far from sloppy, and the system works better than before. The price was certainly lower than I would have received else where, they're able to keep it low because they are a small operation. The proceeds of their business directly help fund ministry work, so I was pleased to know that my money spent was serving good, not lining the boss's pockets!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cornerstone bills for most jobs based on a time & material basis. Hourly rates are $75/hr for licensed plumber, and $55/hr for apprentices/helpers. Normally collected on departure, the total bill is calculated based on hours worked to complete work, and the total cost of all used materials.
The exception to this is estimated jobs, where we do our best to complete the work in order to meet or lower the agreed estimate price. However, any plumbing work inherently carries known and unknown factors and risks. For this reason, estimates are not binding as a price cap for work done, and may be exceeded if unforeseen cost increases occur.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive at location and discuss work needed or wanted with the customer. We answer any questions and talk about the options available. We either gain approval to start work based on time and material basis, or gather information required to compose an estimate to present to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Work is performed by a licensed plumber, which required 4 years of schooling, apprenticeship, and training. Total experience is 8 years plumbing
