Wesley has been my personal trainer for about 3 years. I do not really like exercising but he has developed a plan that if I follow my physical health is greatly improved. He has introduced me to a process that he uses that involves boxing and martial arts which is physically and mentally challenging. He designed the sequence for my level of interest and level of mental and physical fitness. So this changes as I improve but stays challenging and I am learning to have a lifestyle that naturally involves fitness. He is an excellent trainer with patience but also keeps you focused on internal and external fitness.

Doing the things that make a person healthier often are unpopular. Exercising to get stronger and healthier often are very difficult to accept and perform. I hated the gym. However, I have developed a fondness for exercise now. Having someone to share exercise with is vital. I found Alex through Thumbtack. I did not expect much; actually, I was quite negative. He made me laugh. He is patient and kind. He had to be patient because I was so negative, but I learned how to develop strength and flexibility. But, the biggest bonus was weight loss. I am still losing weight and it stays off. Alex is very knowledgeable about foods. He also notices little things like my improvements in attitude and posture.
