- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no trip charges on any call inside a 40 mile radius of our office. Once we arrive on site, we have a minimum of 1hr labor charge. For residential customers, that charge is $106.00 (1 man - 1 hr), for commercial customers that is $240 (2-men - 1 hr). All estimates on new doors or openers are FREE!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information on yourself and the the problem, schedule an appointment, and call when a technician is headed your way on the scheduled day. If a return trip or proposal is needed, then we follow up with that information the next business day from your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over 50 years of combined experience in the industry so thankfully we have little training needs. However we always make sure our safety and federal regulations are met and our technicians undergo any and all required annual training or certification needs.
