What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer packages of 15 and 30 hours with great discounts. You can also sign up for our newsletter to get special deals on smaller packages of hours throughout the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with each person on a very individual level. We offer a free 30 min consultation so that we can get to know each other, answer any questions the clients have and get a sense of what they would like out of their project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are continuously learning about Organizing. Sometimes we learn from our clients. We read MANY books and magazines on organization, time management, productivity, psychology and ADHD just to name a few. We've also belonged to 2 professional organizations that provide ongoing education, seminars and the ability to talk with other Professional Organizers around the world.
