- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard rate but offer a discount if purchasing 16+ hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially schedule a phone call so I can get to know the client and their needs a little better. We then schedule photos to be taken and sent and then I will prepare my quote for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of NAPO which is the largest training for professional organizers, I have also been do this business officially since 2012 but have been a natural organizer all of my life.
