Working with Creative Capture was a pleasure! Was so easy to coordinate. She did set up/take down independently, so I was able to enjoy my event. The backdrop and props were great. A big hit with all of my guests! Would use again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have many different payment options, including monthly payment plans with no finance charge. The more services and products you get the more you save.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is always to check your date's availability. Then view some samples, talk about what you do like and don't like about those samples, depending on distance we then set up an in home consultation, or phone conference to get to know each other and make sure it is a good match. We will discuss contracts and payment options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years of experience with weddings and a Bachelor's Degree in Media Arts from Ball State University!
